This policy applies to Pacific AI Labs LLC's websites and apps, including Chores. It describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum information needed to make our products work well and to support you if something goes wrong.

- Account and app data needed for an app to function — for example, in Chores, household and task information you and other household members enter.

- Communications you send us, such as support emails, so we can respond and keep a record of the request.
We do not collect more than we need to operate and support our products, and we do not sell personal information.

Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate our products (for example, hosting, analytics, or crash-reporting infrastructure), under obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pacific AI Labs, our users, or others.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our products and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining accurate records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account or data, we will do so unless we're required to retain it for a legitimate legal or business reason.
Children's privacy
Our products, including Chores, are intended for use by adults who set up and manage accounts on behalf of their household. Chores may involve household members of any age interacting with tasks within a family's shared account, but accounts themselves are created and controlled by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children to create independent accounts. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information outside the context of a parent- or guardian-managed household account, please contact us so we can address it.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity first.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information protected.
